General Info
For those who are hiking or cycling in the area, we are able to offer secure storage space for bicycles, camping equipment, etc. Please let us know in advance if this is the case.

We do have a guard dog that resides at the property, however access to certain areas of the property such as upstairs is prohibited by the dog. Guests will not come into contact with the dog during their stay.

We are not taking booking from guests with animals at this time.

Situated in a serene part of the village, Westfield House experiences increased farming traffic during harvesting seasons, typically at the end of June or beginning of July. However, this activity usually subsides before 11pm.

Check-in is from 14:00 to 21:00 and your room must be vacated by midday on the day of your departure.

We are a non-smoking property.

Parties and stag/hen groups are not allowed.

We request that guests keep the noise to a minimum between 21:00 and 07:00.
Deposits and Payments
A 30% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.

The remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival.

Bookings made within 30 days of arrival must be paid in full.
Cancellation Policy
More than 30 days before arrival

Cancellations made more than 30 days before your stay will forfeit the 30% non-refundable deposit, but any remaining balance paid will be refunded.

Within 30 days of arrival

Cancellations made within 30 days of the arrival date are non-refundable.

In exceptional circumstances and at our discretion, we may offer:

A partial refund or
An alternative stay date (subject to availability).
This is not guaranteed.

No-shows

Failure to arrive without prior notice will result in the full booking amount being charged, with no refund.
Amendments to Bookings
Date changes may be possible more than 30 days before arrival, subject to availability and price differences.

Changes requested within 30 days of arrival are treated as a cancellation and rebooking.
Early Departures
No refunds are given for early departure for any reason.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend guests take out travel or holiday insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances, illness, adverse weather, or travel disruption.
